alloClae is a donor-derived structural adipose filler, which means purified human fat tissue that is injected to restore volume without liposuction, implants, or general anesthesia. alloClae Pricing and Per-Area Packages
alloClae is priced by volume. Each syringe holds 12.5 cc, and the number of syringes depends on the area and the correction you want. The table below is what most patients need for each area. Your exact volume is confirmed at your consultation, and you will know your total before anything is scheduled.

Every syringe is placed by a board-certified plastic surgeon, there is no separate facility or anesthesia fee, and you can sit the next day. That is what the price covers. Most patients who need more than 100 cc get a better result from surgical fat transfer, which Dr. Ghaznavi also performs, so that choice is made together at your consultation.
What the price includes. The alloClae product, Dr. Ghaznavi’s surgeon fee, the cannulas and equipment, local anesthesia, and use of our office facility. There is no separate facility or anesthesia fee because alloClae is done awake in the office. Prices are per session, effective September 2026, and may change as our product pricing changes. Combining areas in one session is priced on total volume using the tier table.
Consultation. The consultation fee is $150 and is non-refundable. It is applied toward your procedure when you place a deposit within 30 days.
Financing. Payment plans are available through CareCredit, Cherry, Northwest Federal Credit Union, and Alphaeon Credit. Our coordinator can walk you through each option before your visit.
Insurance. alloClae is an elective aesthetic treatment and is not covered by insurance.
Why alloClae is priced higher per cc than a med spa filler syringe
You may see lower per-syringe numbers advertised elsewhere. alloClae is human tissue, processed under FDA tissue-banking requirements, and at this time it is supplied to plastic surgeons. The comparison that matters is not to a hyaluronic acid syringe. It is to fat transfer surgery, which for a buttock or hip correction means an operating room, general anesthesia, a liposuction donor site, and two to six weeks of recovery. The comparison section below sets the two side by side.
What alloClae Treats
alloClae can be placed anywhere the body already has a layer of fat. These are the areas Dr. Ghaznavi treats most, with the reasoning behind each volume estimate.
Hands
Volume loss on the back of the hand exposes tendons and veins and ages the hands faster than the face. One 12.5 cc syringe, split between both hands and placed in the thin fat layer beneath the skin, restores the smooth contour. Hands are the fastest visit on this list, usually about 30 minutes.
Hip dips
Hip dips are the inward curve between the hip bone and the upper thigh. They are skeletal and muscular in origin, which is why exercise does not change them. Correction takes 12.5 to 25 cc per side, so 25 to 50 cc total, placed in the subcutaneous plane along the curve. Patients who searched “hip dip surgery” usually find that alloClae gives the result they were picturing without a surgical procedure.
Buttock volume and shape
For patients who want a modest lift and rounder shape rather than a dramatic change, alloClae is placed in the subcutaneous fat of the buttock. Typical volume is 50 to 100 cc. This is sometimes called a liquid BBL. It is not a substitute for a surgical Brazilian butt lift, which moves several hundred cc of your own fat. It is the right choice when you want a refinement, when you do not have enough donor fat, or when you cannot take time off for surgery. You can sit the next day.
Breast contour refinement
alloClae fills visible implant rippling, softens a wide cleavage gap, and evens small asymmetries or divots after a lift or reduction. Typical volume is one 12.5 cc syringe. It is not a breast augmentation. If you want a cup size of change without an implant, breast fat transfer is the procedure to read about, and it has its own realistic ceiling of about one cup size.
Intimate volume restoration
Labial volume loss after significant weight loss, GLP-1 medication, or menopause can cause discomfort as well as a change in appearance. One syringe placed under local anesthesia restores the fat pad. The visit is private, about 30 minutes, and most patients return to normal activity the same day.
Scars, divots, and post-liposuction irregularities
Depressed scars, indentations after mole or cyst removal, and contour dents after liposuction done elsewhere respond well to small, precise volumes. Most corrections take one 12.5 cc syringe. Dr. Ghaznavi sees many of these as part of his body contouring revision practice.
Volume loss after GLP-1 weight loss
Semaglutide and tirzepatide patients often lose fat from the hands, buttocks, and intimate area faster than from anywhere else, and they usually have little donor fat left for grafting. alloClae is often the only volume option for these patients. Dr. Ghaznavi’s published research on body contouring after major weight loss (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 2014) informs how he stages these corrections alongside post-weight-loss body contouring when skin laxity is also present.
Other areas

Who Is a Candidate
You are likely a good candidate if:
- You want a modest, natural correction in one of the areas above.
- You have too little body fat to harvest for grafting.
- You want to avoid general anesthesia, a donor site, or time off work.
- You are in good general health and at a stable weight.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have an active infection or skin condition at the treatment site.
- You have realistic expectations: alloClae refines, it does not transform.
Patients with a history of keloid scarring, bleeding disorders, or autoimmune conditions should raise these at consultation. Because alloClae is donor tissue, Dr. Ghaznavi will review the tissue screening process with you and answer any question about its source.
What Happens at Your Visit
- Consultation. Dr. Ghaznavi examines the area, discusses your goal, and confirms the volume. You receive an exact price before you leave.
- Preparation. On treatment day the area is cleaned and marked. Local anesthetic is injected, which is the only part most patients feel.
- Placement. Using a blunt cannula, Dr. Ghaznavi places alloClae in small passes at the correct depth. Placing too deep wastes product, and placing too superficially risks visible lumps. This is where liposuction and fat grafting experience matters most.
- Real-time check. Swelling is minimal, so you can see the shape in a mirror during placement and adjust with Dr. Ghaznavi.
- Home. You leave the same day with written instructions. A hand or intimate treatment takes about 30 minutes. A buttock or multi-area session can take up to two hours.
Recovery Day by Day
- Day 1. Expect soreness, some bruising, and mild swelling. You may sit, drive, and do desk work. Avoid pressure or massage on the area.
- Days 2 to 3. Most patients are back to full normal activity, including travel.
- Day 7. Cleared for exercise. Until then, avoid strenuous workouts to let the tissue settle.
- Weeks 2 to 4. Bruising resolves. The result you see now is close to the final result.
- 3 months. Dr. Ghaznavi assesses whether a touch-up is worthwhile.
There are no drains, no compression garments for most areas, and no lifting restrictions beyond the first week.
Results and How Long They Last
In Dr. Ghaznavi’s patients and in published surgeon reports, alloClae results last 12 to 18 months, and some patients keep their result longer. alloClae is a processed donor fat matrix with no living cells. Over the first few months your own cells grow into it, and from then on it behaves like your own fat: it gains and loses volume with your weight. alloClae has been available since 2024, so no one has data beyond a few years, and Dr. Ghaznavi does not promise a duration past what he has seen. Some volume settles in the first weeks, which is why he assesses the result at three months and offers a touch-up at the tier price if you want more. Maintaining a stable weight is the single biggest factor in keeping your result.
Risks and Side Effects
Common and short-lived: pain, redness, bruising, swelling, and tenderness at the site for a few days.
Less common: infection, skin discoloration, nodule or cyst formation, asymmetry needing a touch-up, and allergic reaction. As with any injected tissue, some volume may reabsorb. Outcomes vary with anatomy and healing, and no result can be guaranteed.
alloClae is processed and screened under FDA requirements for human tissue. It is not an FDA-approved drug or device, and it is not covered by insurance.
Before Your Appointment
- Stop aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for one week unless a physician prescribes them.
- Do not schedule within two weeks of a major event.
- Wear loose clothing over the treatment area.
- Eat normally. There is no fasting because there is no sedation.
- Bring a list of medications and any prior procedure records for the same area.

How many syringes will I need?

Is alloClae the same as fat transfer?
No. Fat transfer uses your own fat, harvested by liposuction under anesthesia. alloClae uses purified donor fat tissue placed under local anesthesia with no donor site. Fat transfer moves more volume. alloClae is for modest corrections and for patients without enough fat to harvest.
How long does alloClae last?
Results last 12 to 18 months in most patients, and some keep their result longer. Because the tissue becomes part of your own fat layer, weight changes affect it the way they affect your own fat. Long-term data beyond a few years does not exist yet for any provider, and Dr. Ghaznavi will tell you what he has seen in his own patients at your consultation.
Is alloClae permanent?
No. Your own cells grow into the matrix and the result behaves like your own fat, but some volume settles in the first months and long-term retention data are still being collected. A touch-up at 12 to 24 months is priced at the tier rate for the volume used.
Does it hurt?
The local anesthetic injection is the most uncomfortable part. Placement itself is pressure rather than pain. Soreness afterward is similar to a bruise.
Can I sit after a buttock treatment?
Yes, the next day. This is one of the main differences from a surgical BBL.
Where does the tissue come from?
alloClae is processed from screened human donor tissue by Tiger Aesthetics under FDA human tissue regulations. Cells and DNA that could trigger an immune response are removed, and the tissue is terminally sterilized. Dr. Ghaznavi will review the screening standards with you.
Can alloClae be used in the face?
Yes, in a diluted form, for select cases. Its main use is the body. Ask at consultation if facial volume is your concern.
Will I need more than one session?
Most patients reach their goal in one session. Touch-ups at three months are possible and are priced at the tier rate for the volume used.
Is alloClae covered by insurance?
